Massacre the Tigre, Valle del Guamuez, Tigre inspection

This drawing reflects the massacre suffered by the people of Tigre inspection, Valle del Guamuez, municipality (Putumayo).

Commander Daniel (AUC-United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia) had given the order to execute these tasks because they seemingly had reports that they (the people of the town) collaborated with FARC-EP.

When they arrived, the people they found thereabouts were apprehended and killed and from there they took them, around 28 persons to Tigre bridge. They brought them tied in the vans. Here they cut their legs and their heads with a power saw. Some bodies were not found because they chopped them off and threw then into the river, and so since the bodies were in pieces, when they fell into the river, they sank, those bodies got lost…
