Torture of a human being

Consciously or unconsciously, it will never leave your mind.

When I started painting them, I felt like, I don’t know, like…like one remembers the person, one remembers the man’s features and everything, and one feels unsettled.

But I imagine the man had a family and also he was a human being, and you feel something, it is always hard for one to remember things, those things, one feels like an emptiness in the heart, I don’t know, something; you can say remorse, right? Remorse.

It is in black and white as if it was a sad memory, like if it was something I wouldn’t like to remember.
