Purchase of merchandise and attack to the popular militia

This took place on an island. Those who purchased merchandise (coca base) were the militiamen (FARC). They always bought the merchandise there on that island at the Fragüa in Cauca.

When we were buying the coca base, we always wore black sweatpants, and white or gray tank-tops.

The purchase ended and we left on the small canoe. So we were going over there when some bandits were here within the forest and they shot a comrade.

They took from us sixty million pesos and a duffel bag with merchandise (coca base). That day we were off-guard, confident that nothing was going to happen.
