480 paintings made by former combatants of the United Self-Defense Forces of Colombia (AUC), the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC-EP), and the National Liberation Army (ELN), soldiers of the Medical Battalion Unit of the Army wounded in action, and FARC-EP demobilized women.
The objective was not teaching them how to paint, but to open a space for conversation and trust which would allow them to paint their personal stories in the war.
